We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Stillroot Botanics. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Return Window

You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.

Eligibility

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used essential oils cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@stillrootbotanics.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.
3. Package the items securely and post them back to us using a tracked delivery service.

Return Postage

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@stillrootbotanics.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it will need to be returned under our standard returns policy.
