These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stillroot Botanics website at stillrootbotanics.com and any purchases you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from Stillroot Botanics. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

All products sold by Stillroot Botanics are essential oils intended for aromatherapy and personal use. Our essential oils are not intended for internal consumption. Always perform a patch test before use and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions.

3. Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Full payment is taken at the time of ordering. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

6. Delivery

We deliver worldwide. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services; international orders are sent via DHL or partner tracked courier services. Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days. International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs charges that may apply in their country. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stillroot Botanics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
